Ordering Questions…

How do I place an order?

Click here, select the products you want and quantity, click ‘ Add to Cart’. Once you are finished click on ‘Checkout’ from the Cart menu. That’s it!

Can I only buy online?

Now you can also buy Claudia’s Kitchen products at Urban Kings Gym! Be sure to follow Claudia’s Kitchen on Facebook to see when she’s doing an event near you or when she adds new stockists!

What is the cut-off time for orders?

12pm two working days before delivery (e.g. 12pm on Tuesday for delivery on Thursday). Subject to kitchen availability.

Is there a minimum spend?

Yes, £6 is the minimum spend, subject to kitchen availability.

How much is delivery?

At the moment delivery is completely free!!

Where do you deliver?

Now everywhere in the UK!! The Christmas Range cannot be delivered to Channel Islands and PO Boxes.

Do you deliver every day?

Every day except Sundays, Mondays and the day after a bank holiday (every kitchen needs some rest!). The Christmas Range can be delivered Monday to Saturday.

What’s the shelf life of Claudia’s Kitchen products?

As our products are freshly baked daily and contain absolutely no chemicals or preservatives, they have a short shelf life. You can find this under the product description on the website and on the package itself.

How do I store your products?

As Claudia’s Kitchen’s products are fresh, with absolutely no preservatives, some of them need to be kept in the fridge. Please check the product description on the website for more detailed storage instructions.

Do your products contain: eggs / dairy / gluten / nuts / other allergens?

Allergens are indicated in the product description on the website and on the package itself.
